Egg & Crispy Chilli Oil Bagels
Also try ham, cheddar & tomato relish and beef and mustard fillings

on top. Roast beef and mustard filling or Ham and cheese with chutney.
Ingredients:
- 1 bagel, sliced in half
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1-2 tsp crispy chilli oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spring onions or toppings of choice
Method:
- Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat and then add the crispy chilli oil.
- Pour in the beaten eggs to coat the base of the pan and season.
- Place the bagel halves cut-side down into the egg while it’s still soft.
- Let the egg set, then flip everything so the bagel toasts and the egg crisps slightly.
- Add toppings, fold if needed, and cook until golden.
- Finish with spring onions or extra chilli crisp.
