Fish Ambultiyal
A Traditional Sri Lankan Baked Fish Dish
Ingredients:
- 250g cubed fish (preferably tuna or prawns)
- 30g fish curry paste
- Floret of cauliflower and broccolli (or vegetables of your choice)
- ½ cup of water
- Kilombero Rice to serve
Method:
- Add curry paste and water, then mix together with the fish and vegetables.
- Bake in shallow pan in an oven or in earthenware pot on a low flame until there is no liquid.
- Serve with Kilombero rice
