Honey Glazed Cocktail Sausages
A hit with all the family
You will need:
- 780g higher welfare pork cocktail sausages (uncooked)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Honey mustard as a dip
Method:
- Preheat to 180°C fan (180°C conventional)
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, and honey until smooth.
- Place the sausages in a large roasting tray. Pour over the glaze and toss well so they’re evenly coated.
- Cook in the oven for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through, until the sausages are cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelised.
- Transfer to a warm serving dish and serve immediately with some True Origin Honey Mustard as a dip.
