Kiri Bath - A Sri Lankan Milk Rice (Vegan)
Delicious with both sweet and savoury accompaniments
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Cook the rice as per the packet instructions.
- Add the coconut milk to the rice and continue to cook on a low heat stirring regularly.
- When the coconut milk has been absorbed and the rice is still moist, remove and flatten out in a dish or on a banana leaf.
- Cut into a diamond shape with a knife and serve.
- Delicious served with seeni sambol.
