Cashew Butter Protein Shake

A healthy protein drink for a pre-workout boost

You will need:
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 scoop almond milk protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon plain cashew butter
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup ice

Method:
  1. Add almond milk to the blender first.
  2. Add protein powder, cashew butter, honey, chocolate chips, and banana (if using).
  3. Add ice.
  4. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
