Smoked Salmon Mini Loaves
Tasty and exquisite for afternoon tea
Ingredients:
- 1 Barrett's Ridge Garlic & Herb Beer Bread Flour Mix
- ⅔ cup smoked salmon, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Method:
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Prepare your beer bread mix as per packet instructions up to Step 5.
- Mix in smoked salmon, dill, spring onion and lemon zest.
- Spoon into the prepared mini loaf pans and bake for approximately 25 minute or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with cream cheese.
