Smores - Nutella & Peanut Butter
A firm favourite at family barbecues
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Barrett’s Ridge Choc Chip Beer Biscuit Flour Mix
- 6 tablespoons of Nutella
- 6 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 150g marshmallows
Method:
- Prepare the Choc Chip Beer Biscuits as per the instructions on the packet.
- Toast the marshmallows over a barbecue, campfire, fire pit, or hob flame turning the stick, or fork, until the outside of the marshmallow is golden brown and just starting to get mushy.
- Spread Nutella onto half of the biscuits and peanut butter on the other half and top each Nutella biscuit with a marshmallow and place the remaining peanut butter biscuits on top of the melted marshmallows.
- Gently sandwich together and enjoy.
